The case seems to have legs. The producer was a new alternative live radio political science weekly broadcast show on YouTube. They are pursuing a fraud claim. They state that a third party remaining anonymous perpetrated false claims of copyright infringement and YouTube acted upon the unsubstantiated false claim causing their documentary to be censored from the internet.
