If there is a solution, a vaccine that can stop the spread of Ebola, why is it not yet deployed in Africa? The government has not won my confidence. Protecting citizens, the economy, a food and water supply, a charter or constitution, freedom and liberty, and the proper use of the nations resources are important functions for all central governments.
